Champagne Cristian Senez makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 18. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Champagne Cristian Senez is over the age of 18.
PRIVACY STATEMENTAs a general rule, we only collect identifiable information that has been specifically and voluntarily provided by a visitor to our site. A visitor to our site may choose to provide this information to register for our mailing list, place orders, or request for information. PAYMENT SECURITYIf you choose to pay using your credit card, you will be directed to PayPal to process your payment. All your credit card details are provided directly to PayPal. We do not capture any of your credit card details on our website. PayPal is an established and secure payment gateway provider. While on PayPal’s secure payment page, you will see the lock icon displayed on Web browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
DELIVERY POLICYWe deliver exclusively in Hong Kong SAR.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of submission and normally delivered within a 2 working days.

You will have a free delivery for every order that is over HKD600. Less than HKD600 there is a HKD70 delivery charge.
If you would like the wine to be delivered on a specific day, please write your request in the comment box, or call us +(852) 2806 8277.
Please note that the Scheduled Delivery Date may be subject to change due to various factors beyond our control (including adverse weather or traffic conditions). We will inform you as soon as possible if there are any changes to the Scheduled Delivery Date.
Please indicate your delivery address when checking out through Paypal. Please ensure the delivery address is correct or shipping maybe delayed.

GUARANTYChampagne Cristian Senez guarantees quality products and service. If for any good reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, and we will exchange or refund your purchase. If you receive any broken or you notice any missing items, please inform the Delivery staff, and contact us within the day of the delivery only. Please understand that any broken or missing goods cannot be claim after the day of the delivery.
