Full bodied and robust, this bouquet bursts forth with the gifts of nature.  The bouquet asserts itself with force and bounty. It offers a full palette of fruits; strawberry, Morello cherry, raspberry, blackberry, quince and black currant…all under the charm of spices and vanilla.

The flavor is full bodied with a perfect balance of fruitiness and sweetness. It is amplified by the liveliness and sharpness of the bubbles. Its light salmon color with copper hues acquired during the maceration process makes it startlingly beautiful.

It is made from 80 % Pinot noir and 20 % Chardonnay grapes and   fermentation with skin.  It is available as Brut Non-Vintage of Brut Vintage (only in magnums).
